Rachel Bilson Parades Slim Post-Baby Body In Stripped Shirt; 'Hart Of Dixie' Star Opts For Comfortable Style As She Carries Daughter Briar Rose

It seems Rachel Bilson has shed off most of her post-baby weight as the "Hart of Dixie" star showed her slim body when she carried around baby Briar Rose on a carrier while attending a party in Marina del Rey, California over the weekend.

For the party, Hayden Christensen's partner opted for a casual look in a striped shirt that she tied at the front, high-waist distressed jeans and black loafers. She also tied up her hair in a bun.

"After she carried Briar out of the car, Rachel had to go back in order to get an armload of gifts and an over-sized blue handbag," said Daily Mail. "Without the baby to carry, Rachel literally let her hair down, freeing her brown locks from a messy bun."

Rachel Bilson gave birth to Briar Rose in October 2014 and back in May, the "Hart of Dixie" star was snapped for the first time showing off her post-baby body.

The 33-year-old first-time mom was dressed in black tank top and boyfriend jeans with gladiator sandals for the excursion.

"The 33-year-old mom went without makeup, instead shielding her eyes with a pair of sunglasses while picking up a wrapped present in L.A.'s Studio City nabe," Us Weekly reported. "The private star, who has rarely been photographed since welcoming Briar, has been busy spending her time with Christensen and her mini-me."

It's easy to see why Rachel Bilson managed to shed off the post-baby weight so fast, and that's largely due to health guru David Kirsch.

"Under his carefully crafted fitness training exercise program, Rachel undergoes cardio exercises, lunges, squats, and resistance exercises using equipment like light weights, up to five times a week," said the report.

The article continued, "Rachel also diets under David's name - using David's weight loss philosophy: the ABCDEF Plan. Essentially, the diet follows its self-titled acronym for foods to avoid: Alcohol, Bread, Carbs, Dairy, Extra Sweets, and Fruits and Fats."
