Blake Shelton 'Seemed Fine' At First Public Appearance After Miranda Lambert Divorce News

Being a true professional, Blake Shelton continued with his performance for the Country Jam USA music festival at Eau Claire, Wisconsin on Friday night despite announcing his divorce with Miranda Lambert.

Blake Shelton was said to have quipped during his performance, "I'm nervous tonight and I tend to drink when I get nervous."

Another fan, Chelsea Alger, quoted Blake Shelton as saying "He said he tends to drink when he's nervous so he said he was going to drink along with us!"

Alger told People that Blake Shelton "seemed to be in a good mood" despite undergoing divorce with Miranda Lambert.

"He seemed to be in a positive mood despite the circumstances. It was a really fun time!" the fan said.

When Blake Shelton tried to get the camera to pan to the crowd, the crew experienced some technical difficulties, prompting the "The Voice" judge to muse, "Come on, who's in charge here? This isn't my week."

However, the concert was stopped prematurely after just 45 minutes because of the thunderstorm.

Miranda Lambert's ex then took to Twitter to apologize. Blake Shelton wrote, "Sorry we got cut short Eau Claire. Next time, we'll make up for it!"

One fan wrote, "Please please come back soon. Even if I would've only seen you for 5 minutes I would still be happy cause I love you so much."

Another commented, "Glad you are safe and sound. As for the divorce..things happen and you go on. We all still love you."

According to Hollywood Life, Blake Shelton is planning a tell-all interview to explain the circumstances leading to the divorce with Miranda Lambert.
