Dionne Warwick Pays Tribute To Bobbi Kristina Brown; Bobby Brown Breaks His Silence Over Her Death!

Dionne Warwick honors Bobbi Kristina Brown during Sunday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live". The tribute happened hours after the 22-year-old died, according to Entertainment Weekly.

"She was a sweetheart," Warwick told the show's host Andy Cohen. "She will be missed, that's for sure. She was a good girl. She was a good little girl, that's for sure."

The 74-year-old singer is a cousin to Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina's mother.

Cohen asked Warwick how she and her family were coping with both the death of Brown and her mother. Warwick admitted it wasn't easy.

"I think it's because of our faith and strength in faith," she said. "Knowing that Bobbi is now with a much bigger and more powerful person or thing than we'll ever know. She's in much better hands now."

Friends and family members continue to mourn Bobbi Kristina's death. She finally succumbed nearly six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31 in her home in Georgia.

"Our family has had its share of sorrow these past few years and it is with a heavy heart that I have to once again say 'so long' to a loved one," Dionne Warwick spoke of Bobbi Kristina's death to People in an interview. "Bobbi is now sitting in the lap of our Heavenly Father and is now reunited with her beloved mother. She will be missed and I send many thanks for all of the prayers that were being said for her."

The outpouring of sympathy continues through social media. Bobbi Kristina was even honored through her mother's website.

"Her passing is a blow from which it is hard to recover. No matter how prepared I thought I was, I am that much more devastated," a close family friend told PEOPLE.

"Krissy was a young woman whose potential was taken away too soon. A potential that was stymied from seeing the light of day because of circumstances that overshadowed her need to be nurtured," the source added. "My friend [Houston] has left us, and now, so has a potential part of that legacy. Perhaps being a part of a legacy so great was a burden Krissy was just not equipped to carry...if anyone would be."

As Dionne Warwick expressed her sorrow on Bobbi Kristina's passing, Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina's father, finally broke his silence. On Monday, he released a statement through his lawyer, which People obtained a copy of.

"Krissy was and is an angel," the 46-year-old actor said in the statement. "I am completely numb at this time."

"My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable."
