Former "The Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev spent a PDA-filled vacation with her new boyfriend "Whiplash" actor Austin Stowell off the coast of the French Riviera.

The 26-year-old Canadian-Bulgarian star seemed to snub the rumors that she is still bitter over her ex Ian Somerhalder's wedding to Nikki Reed and proved that she is now moving on with her new flame.
