Alicia Keys Movers use Giant Crane For Large Containers At NYC Penthouse

Alicia Keys movers use a giant crane instead of a service elevator.

The R&B singer moving out of her current $15 million NYC Penthouse with her husband Swizz Beatz, has enlisted a help of many movers and a giant construction crane to expedite the move.

The 6,000 square feet penthouse was purchased from Lenny Kravitz back in 2010, now it's been re-sold.

The crane was used to remove heavy pieces such as a lot of expensive furniture, boxes and musical gear from her penthouse directly to the ground, to empty out her apartment. The couple is getting ready to move into their new home in Englewood, New Jersey, which belonged to Eddie Murphy. The couple paid $12 million for the mansion, according to the Daily News.

The new place is in the area which is home to celebrities like Diddy, C.C. Sabathia and Patrick Ewing. And will not be a problem with space to fit her stuff on the 5 acres of land featuring a movie, theatre, an indoor pool, marble fireplaces, a recording studio, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a bowling alley.
