Wozniak Selling Home: Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak’s Former Home In Los Gatos, California, Is On The Market For $4.395 Million

Steve Wozniak's former home is being sold on the real estate market. The home's current owners are selling Steve Wozniak's former home after renovating it in 2006.

Approximately a decade after being credited with designing the world's first home computer in Steve Jobs' parents garage, Steve Wozniac, co-founder of Apple, helped design a home in 1986.

Wozniak's former Los Gatos, California home is now being sold.

The home is listed at $4.395 million for its 7,500-square-foot building.

It features 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, according to AOL Real Estate. The beautiful, modern home shows off views of the wooded Los Gatos Mountains.

In 2006, Wozniak's home was renovated, but many of his original designs remain.

Despite the Silicon Valley real estate market's current boom, Wozniak's home didn't sell when it was initially put on the market last February for a price of $5 million, according to Zillow.

In September 2012, the price was lowered to $4.5 million. However, the home still hasn't sold.

The Apple co-founder's home sits on 1.19 acres and features an outdoor koi pond with waterfall and an indoor kids' play area.

Wozniak is now the chief scientist for Fusion-io, a computer software and hardware systems company.

Wozniak, whether his former home sells or not, is scheduled to give the commencement address at the University of California at Berkeley this year.
