Eli Manning's Wife Expecting Second Child in June, 'We're All Very Excited'

Eli Manning and his wife Abby announced Monday they are now expecting their second child in June.

The New York Giants quarterback announced the couple was expecting a child at the Samsung TV 2013 launch event when asked if he and his wife of nearly five years are looking to have more kids on Wednesday.

"She's due in June," Manning told US Weekly at the Samsung event. "We're all very excited."

The couple already parents to two-year-old daughter Ava Frances. She will be turning two on March 21. Manning revealed that they are planning to throw a party for their daughter over Easter break when more family would be in town.

Manning shared about Ava, who is already "talking a lot" and "loves to watch 'Dora the Explorer.'"

"Well, it's her birthday tomorrow!" Manning told the magazine. "We're doing a party Easter weekend. We have all our family town and do a little party."

The happy couple, who attended college together, met in junior year and married on April 2008 at one & Only Palmilla Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.

"I think a marriage, if you get the right one, it definitely works well, 'cause you stay focused on your job," says Manning. "She's there to support me, and juts try to life the spirits."

"In some ways, we have similar personalities, where she is laid-back," Manning adds, "but she kinda knows when to get serious and when to be hard on me or keeps me in a straight line, which I like."
