Former Titan's Cheerleader Charged For Grabbing 12-Year-Old Boy's Penis And Attempting To Perform Oral Sex

A former NFL cheerleader has been charged with aggravated sexual battery after allegedly grabbing a 12-year-old boy's penis outside his pants and attempting to perform oral sex on him.

TMZ reported that 42-year-old Elizabeth Garner was also charged with solicitation of a minor for a rape charge.

She cheered for the Tennessee Titans until 2009. The Titans have failed to make the playoffs since Garner cheered for the team.

"Ms. Garner, who was advised of her miranda rights, stated that she was drunk that evening and that she got the boy confused with a man who also at the residence," authorities said.

Garner is married and accused of allegedly following the 12-year-old to the bathroom during a party in February, authorities told TMZ. She allegedly grabbed his penis over his shorts, and then attempted to remove the shorts in order to perform oral sex on him.

Authorities said the 12-year-old boy escaped from Garner and then told his mother, who was hosting the party, about what happened. The boy told police that Garner asked if he'd ever been with a woman.

During a police interview, cops claimed Garner willingly admitted she approached the boy, but said she was drunk and had confused him with an (adult) man at the party.

If convicted, Garner can face more than eight years in prison. She was booked on $30,000 bond.

Other former cheerleaders include April Pennington, who was a former manager with TNA Wrestling. Dr. Monica Williams received her doctrine from Vanderbilt University.
