Ex-NFL Cheerleader Elizabeth Garner Arrested For Grabbing 12-Year-Old’s Penis

Elizabeth Garner a former NFL cheerleader was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery. She reportedly attacked a 12-year-old boy in the bathroom of his Rutherford County, Tennessee home.

If convicted Garner, an ex-cheerleader with the Tennessee Titans could face up to 8-years in prison. TMZ reports that the 42-year-old Garner is married but does not say if she has children of her own.

The incident occurred in February when the ex-cheerleader was attending a party thrown by the mother of the assaulted boy. Garner followed the boy into the bathroom and grabbed his penis, pulling it out of his shorts attempting to perform oral sex on the boy.

The 12-year-old was able to escape and tell his mother what happened. The boy's mother called police and Garner was arrested. TMZ reports ex-NFL cheerleader asked the 12-year-old if he'd "ever been with a woman before?"

Garner admits to following the boy into the bathroom. She says she was drunk and thought the 12-year-old was another male adult attending the party.

Comments left on the TMZ website suggest nobody believes Garner's story about confusing the boy for an adult.

Username Rikki says, "Say what? She mistook a 12-year-old for an adult male? What does this kid look like? I mean is he super tall for his age or something?"

TMZ reader Ashley writes, "There is a sick epidemic going on in this country. I mean it seems like every other day a teacher molests a student...now this, how would any woman be that desperate?"

"So she thought she was following a grown man into the bathroom...but she asked this grown man if he has ever been with a woman? That doesn't add up," says TMZ fan Sabrina.

The ex-cheerleader was arrested in Nashville and booked On March 14. Garner was released on a $30,000 bond. There is no information about a trail or court date as of yet.
