Rapper Gucci Mane Wanted for Assault; Hit US Solider In The Head With A Bottle

Radric Davis also know as rapper Gucci Mane is wanted for assaulting a United States solider at a night club in Atlanta Georgia.

The solider who served a tour of duty in Afghanistan claims the rapper assaulted him by smashing a champagne bottle over his head.

The U.S.S Post reports a solider known only as James approached the VIP section of the night club where the rapper was seated. James wanted to get his picture taken with Gucci Mane instead what he got was a bottle to the head.

James told the rappers security guard "I'm in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane." He then asked  "is it ok?" "I was speaking to the security guard, and Mane hit me in the head with the bottle," The U.S.S Post reports the injured solider as saying.

Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department told TMZ "We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault. So I'm sure after he sees this, I'm sure he'll want to reach out and contact us."

This is not the first time rapper Gucci Mane was wanted for assault. In 2011 he was arrested after pushing a woman out of a car. The allegation is that after refusing $150.00 to go to a hotel with the rapper, Mane pushed the woman out of a moving car.

In 2001 the rapper was arrested for possession of cocaine and spent 90-days in jail. Gucci Mane has not made any statement about his latest assault charge.
