Kate Middleton Impersonator Heidi Agan Buys Baby Bump To Keep Up With Royal Pregnancy

A Kate Middleton impersonator has "become pregnant" to more closely resemble the Duchess of Cambridge.

Heidi Agan, a 32-year-old former waitress, now has a Kate Middleton-like "bump made in various sizes," she said.

The single mother-of-two from Corby, Northamptonshire, quit her waitressing job last May after she was repeatedly told that she looked like Kate Middleton - enough to become an impersonator.

Agan now travels across the United Kingdom and around the world to appear as a Kate Middleton impersonator.

Agan appreciates the success she's found as a royal doppelganger, saying "To have done 12 years of something you know and then to leap into an industry that gives with one hand and takes with another is difficult, but I'm just really happy and feel blessed that I did," to BBC News.

Agan has had to take extra steps to ensure she portrays Kate Middleton accurately, including appearing pregnant with baby bumps in various sizes.

She said, "As Kate grows I will too - to be authentic I thought it was important."

"It's difficult at the moment as she's not big enough yet to change her entire wardrobe so it's difficult to see how she's going to dress [her baby bump]."

Agan has appeared on television and radio shows and has made corporate and newspaper appearances, and she is likely to get more gigs as she will resemble Middleton even more as the royal bride's pregnancy progresses.

"I did the Alan Titchmarsh Show and everywhere you turned there was another celebrity," she said. "You just have to pinch yourself as I can't believe it's happened."

"It was the same in New York. I went to Times Square with Good Morning America and was ferried around with security. It's just something I never thought would happen to me, but has turned out to be the most wonderful thing ever."

Agan makes sure to follow news about Kate Middleton to keep her wardrobe accurate, and said she practices her "look" daily, according to BBC News.

"The most expensive shoes I've bought as Kate were about £200, the dress about £300 - which I don't think is that bad considering her original evening wedding dress by Alexander McQueen would have cost tens of thousands of pounds.

"I have to get the clothes, the mannerisms, the way she stands and interacts with William right. Things like that are all very important if I want to be the best," Agan concluded.

But, Agan claims that unlike Kate Middleton, she wouldn't be interested in Prince William or his brother, Prince Harry, because "they are too tall."
