Kate Upton Too Busy For Prom Date With Jake Davidson? Still 'Currently Checking Her Schedule'

Kate Upton said she is too busy for prom date with 17-year-old Jake Davidson.

The YouTube video posted by Davdison asking the Sports Illustrated cover girl to prom went viral las week.

The clip features Davidson stating reasons why Upton would be the perfect prom date, including what they have in common.

Since then his prospects seemed promising as Utpon tweeted, "How could I turn down that vide! I'll check my schedule ;)." Even surprised Davidson with a phone call on the "Today" show.

People magazine reports that it seems the supermodel is doubtful of attending the event, scheduled for May.

"It was flattering," Upton said. "The video was so cute, and I really appreciated it. There was something about it that I knew I had to respond."

"I'm not sure if I'll be able to go with him or not, due to my schedule," she continued. "I want to, but I just don't know if I can make it work. But I really appreciated being asked; it made me feel really great!"

However still Upton's rep told USA Today that she's still "currently checking her schedule."
