James Franco’s Neighbors Complain About His Trash, Parking And Noise Habits, Claim Franco Set In-House Production Studio In LA Home

James Franco may be one of America’s most handsome stars and favorite acting sweethearts, but his neighbors think otherwise.

James Franco is a terrible neighbor, say the people living next door to the actor L.A.’s home, according to a report by TMZ. Franco’s neighbors said that the actor leaves his trash everywhere and takes up valuable parking spaces. Not to mention, they said that Franco also makes a lot of noise.

TMZ has learned that multiple neighbors have already filed complaints with the L.A. Housing Department with a long list of grievances against the actor.

One neighbor said that James Franco appears to be setting up a production shop at home. Because of it, the film crews are creating traffic snarls on their small street and thus making parking impossible for some of the residents. Franco’s crew and friends also sometime block some driveways. Neighbors also complain that they endanger kids in the neighborhood, at risk because of all the cars coming and going out of the actor’s home.

But the traffic caused by Franco’s presence in the neighborhood, according to the report, is just the tip of the iceberg. One neighbor says that Franco’s in-house film operations generate huge amounts of trash that spills over onto her property. The actor’s security as well has little regard for her privacy, as they leer at her every chance they get.

TMZ tried reaching out to Franco for comments, but the inquiries were unreturned.
