‘Pretty Little Liars’ Spinoff Series ‘Ravenswood’ Coming to ABC Family in October [VIDEO]

ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars” has announced a spin-off for the popular series entitled “Ravenswood,” that will premiere this October after the Halloween episode.

ABC Family made the announcement across various of social media platforms, including Twiter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, GetClue, Instagram, YouTube and ABC Family along with unique content on each.

The cable network posted “Ravenswood” through Twitter, a video to its official website, and revealed major plot details.

“Not far from Rosewood, Pennsylvania, a deadly curse has plagued the citizens of a town called Ravenswood for generations, and the curse is about to strike again. Five strangers suddenly find themselves at the mercy of this fatal curse, so they dig into the town’s mysterious and terrible history before it’s too late for all of them.”

“Pretty Little Liars” executive producer Marlene King tweeted “Welcome to @RavenswoodABCF” shortly after the news broke.

“We can’t tell you who’s in it yet,” the ever-mysterious Marlene added. “Like Rosewood, Ravenswood has dark secrets. #Ravenswood.”

The trailer seems pretty intense along with cabins, guns, money, knives and plenty of ravens. The photo below shows that the population of the town to have been changed, however instead of subtracting, it adds someone, going from 7492 to 7493.

Viewers and fans of "Pretty Little Liars" will be glad to know the series has been renewed for a fifth season. It will return on June 11 for season 4 on ABC Family.
