Justin Bieber Reportedly Spit In Neighbor's Face And The Man Wants The Singer Prosecuted

A neighbor of Justin Bieber said the singer spit in his face Tuesday in Calabasas, Cali. and he wants him prosecuted.

The man filed a battery report Tuesday and on Wednesday, reportedly wants him prosecuted for what happened on Tuesday.

Law enforcements told TMZ that Bieber allegedly spat in the neighbor's face during a heated confrontation Tuesday morning.

It started when Bieber's Ferrari arrived on a flatbed truck around 8:00 a.m. and the popstar reportedly took the car for a ride inside the gated community of Calabasas, Cali. Neighbors complained, telling TMZ that Bieber was driving "insanely" fast. One neighbor said he was driving 100 mph.

The 47-year-old businessman and father of 3 then went onto Bieber's property and screamed, "You can't drive like this!" 

The man told deputies that Bieber responded by saying , "Get the f**k out of here," and then he spit in the guy's face and said, "I'm gonna f**king kill you."

A source said Bieber told the man to get off of his property, and no physical contact was made. They also said that the singer went inside his house and security escorted the neighbor off the property.

During Bieber's tour overseas, he faced criticism for arriving late on the stage at a show in London. He was held back by his own security guard when he reportedly attempted to fight the paparazzi. There was also tabloids questioning what Bieber was doing when he was shirtless, roaming the streets of London late at night. Near the end of the tour, Bieber was hospitalized after fainting backstage at his show.
