JWoww To Star In The Reboot Of Longtime Soap Opera, 'One Life To Live:' Former 'Jersey Shore' And 'Snooki & JWoww' Reality Star Moves Into Acting

Former "Jersey Shore" star, JWoww to join the soap opera, "One Life to Live."

The reality star is set to play Nikki, a bartender at the nightclub Shelter, on the rebooted soap, heading to Hulu, Hulu Plus and iTunes on April 29, according to Access Hollywood.

According to a release from The Online Network, which is producing the soap said JWoww's (Jennifer Farley) character, "can mix an Alabama Slammer as well as flirt with customers." The statement added, "As Shelter's newest barmaid, club owner Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) knows that it's best to keep an eye on Nikki so things don't get out of control."

While learning how to do a "pretend" slap on the set of "One Life to Live", Josh asked JWoww to try it out and she missed the "pretend" part, and gave him a real slap, according to TOLN.

From 1968 to 2012, "One Life to Live" focuses on the Lord family and their day-to-day issues. Now, 45 years later, JWoww, who wasn't born when the show first started, is now going to be a continuing character.

The Long Islander starred on the MTV hit show, "Jersey Shore" for four years. It was a show that followed eight strangers that moved into a home on the boardwalk of the Jersey Shore in Seaside Heights, N.J.

The 27-year-old then starred in a spinoff of "Jersey Shore" with Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. The show, called "Snooki & JWoww," follows the two stars and their lives and relationships.
