Jenna Jameson Charged With Battery Against Her Transgender Assistant By Allegedly Using A Brass-Knuckled iPhone Case To Hit The Assistant

Former porn star Jenna Jameson was charged with battery after she allegedly used her iPhone case as a brass knuckle to assault her transgendered-assistant who Jameson said stole from her.

Jameson was arrested on Saturday.

The Orange County District Attorney's Office decided they didn't have enough evidence to convict the porn star extraordinaire for allegedly attacking and threatening to kill BMarkham at a Newport Beach salon last week.

Britney Markham claimed Jameson, 39, entered a Newport Beach, Calif. salon on Saturday yelling at her, hours before planning to celebrate her 39th birthday at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim that night. Jameson allegedly struck Markham with the brass-knuckled iPhone in the stomach and back.

Jameson allegedly used the iPhone case, which is shaped just like brass knuckles would, to punch her assistant in the stomach and back while yelling 'I'll f***ing kill you,' TMZ reported.

The two took to Twitter to battle on what happened.

"Wow just got robbed by a friend @britneymarkham. She accused me of gusting her and then broke into my home and took everything," Jameson allegedly wrote on Twitter before deleting it on Sunday night.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Markham has since filed a restraining order against Jameson who was released from custody on Sunday.
