Lamar Odom Update: Khloe Kardashian's Ex Continues Fight For Life As Celebrities Tweet Prayers For The Basketball Player

Former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom's drug addiction finally caught up with him and he's now in a fight for his life as new updates reveal that celebrities are sending in their prayers for Khloe Kardashian's ex.

Lamar Odom was found unconscious inside a room of a Las Vegas brothel and was taken to the hospital where doctors found that his system was shot full of drugs.

"The site manager of the brothel where Lamar Odom was found unresponsive told CNN that when he arrived in the room the former athlete was on his right side and wouldn't wake up when people shook him," the report said.

The manager, Richard Hunter, told CNN that Odom was loudly snoring but was unresponsive when people tried to rouse him.

"Hunter said two women who had been with Odom earlier handed him a bottle of a legal herbal supplement that is sold at the brothel. He said the two women saw Odom take 10 pills over three days, as well as drink alcohol," it said.

Daily Mail collected a number of tweets from basketball players and celebrities sending in their prayers for Lamar Odom.

Miami Heat guard Justise Winslow wrote, "Prayers to Lamar Odom. One of the lefties I looked up to growing up! God bless."

"Prayers go out to Lamar Odom, he's been through a lot, an incredible person, praying for you bro, just fight another battle. #QueensBoys," Charlie Villanueva, forward for Dallas Mavericks, said.

Actor Miles Teller added, "Saddened to hear about Lamar Odom.. Hoping he can pull through."

E! News, meanwhile provided an update on the Lamar Odom saga as it said that Khloe Kardashian might have to manage his affairs as their divorce wasn't finalized yet and that means, she's technically still his wife.

"Khloé showed up at the Intensive Care Unit around 10 p.m. Tuesday night, and remains there," it said. "Khloé and her family aren't the only visitors looking out for Lamar, either. Kobe Bryant was also spotted at the hospital after leaving a Los Angeles Lakers game early for 'personal reasons.'"

News agencies have been on the watch for news updates on Lamar Odom's condition with some reporting that Khloe Kardashian's ex have suffered mutliple strokes and is currently on dialysis.
