The bad boy prince of K-pop G-Dragon has marveled the Korean entertainment industry yet again with his charismatic grin, diverse style, and masterful rhymes following his second solo comeback. In this edition of KStarz in Focus we’ll be zeroing in on events surrounding G-Dragon beginning March 21st.
Months after successfully completing Big Bang’s Alive Galaxy World Tour, G-Dragon steps right back into concert mode with planning his first solo world tour G-Dragon World Tour: One of A Kind. In preparation for promoting his tour G-Dragon made guest appearances on various talk shows such as SBS’s Thank You and Incarnation, which displayed the charismatic leader’s natural and silly side. Besides charming MCs on talk shows G-Dragon puts his fashion sense to work attending designer shows at Seoul Fashion Week possibly looking for inspiration for his onstage performances.
If announcing a world tour wasn’t enough of a surprise for K-Pop fans, G-Dragon also released a new single called “MichiGo” that he recently performed live for the first time during the kickoff One of A Kind concert in Seoul. In the midst of preparing for a world tour G-Dragon has also announced plans to release his first Japanese solo album in August. So, now fans get to listen to a new single, attend a concert and purchase a new album, but until then check out the highlights of G-Dragon in March in this edition of KStarz in Focus.
