Miley Cyrus's Wedding to Liam Hemsworth Off? Hensworth Cheating with January Jones? Father Billy Ray Cyrus Says They Are "Friends"

Rumors are swirling that Miley Cyrus's wedding to Liam Hemsworth is off, and it looks like this time it may be true.  Her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus admitted he's not sure if the wedding is still on, awkwardly telling ABC News that Miley and Hemsworth are still "friends."

"I don't know. I know as I was writing a book, I wanted to keep that particular moment [Miley's wedding] as open-ended as possible. I didn't know the answer," Billy Ray explains to ABC in an interview that aired April 15.

He continues "They're young, they're kids, the great news is they're great friends, they're really good friends," he continued. "I play it by ear, I know whatever's meant to be that's the way it's going to happen."

Months ago Hensworth, 23, was allegedly cheating on the "Hannah Montana" star with "Mad Men" beauty, January Jones.

January and "The Hunger Games" star sparked rumors of a fling after they were spotted leaving a party together in February and now, two months later, have been accused of contacting each other behind Cyrus's back.

Despite being seen frequently without her engagement ring, and the couple not being photographed together in weeks, Miley denies a breakup and claims they are still in love, yet they have issues to work out.

Billy Ray Cyrus is not alone is his confusion on Miley's upcoming nuptuals.  Elsa Pataky, Hensworth's sister in law, is weighing in on the couple's status as well.

Elsa, the wife of Liam's brother, Chris, revealed last week that she was unsure if the couple were still together. She said "I don't know. But if they get married it would be nice to go."

It's actually quite refreshing to hear of a young starlet making such a mature decision.  Miley and Liam are too young to make such a commitment, especially since they have been on the rocks lately.  The two are in the prime of their lives. What's the rush?
