The Rolling Stones To Begin Recording For New Album In December!

The Rolling Stones revealed that they would be starting with their new album recording by December before they go back on tour in Jan. 2016.

In a report by The Toronto Sun, Stones member Ronnie Wood revealed in an interview with ABC Radio that they would start studio work by the holidays and hopefully finishes things by 2016.

"We'll maybe go in the studio in December and cut a few tracks and see what happens," he said. "We'll take it from there, see how it all goes. One thing at a time."

Earlier this year, Keith Richards revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly how he initially planned to have the band together back for a new The Rolling Stones album by March after their 2016 tour.

"After we do South America in February and March [2016], I'd love to get in the studio in April," Richards explained. "But I know what those guys are like. When they finish a tour, they don't want to do nothing!"

"I'm trying to get the Stones into the studio," he said about the new album from The Rolling Stones. "But I don't quite honestly see it happening this year."

However, Mick Jagger revealed in an Ultimate Classic Rock report how he has a few songs lined up for the band to start with.

"I've got a lot of new songs, and songs I've written over the last couple of years," Jagger said, describing the new Rolling Stones album. "I've done really good demos for all of them, which I would love to record. I'd love to record a Stones album."

Furthermore, The Rolling Stones are still set to play a few songs in 2016 starting in January and would be held mostly in South American countries, which could last until February.
