Former Supermodel Janice Dickinson Files Bankruptcy, Owes Over $1 Million In Debt

The New York Post reports they got their hands on court documents from former model Janice Dickinson after she filed bankruptcy, owing over $1 million in debt.

According to the Post, Janice Dickinson filed bankruptcy because she had accumulated a vast amount of debt over the past 10-years. Dickinson owes money to everybody - from the United States Government to the doctors that preformed her plastic surgeries.

According to the New York Post Dickinson "owes more than $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein, whose Web site says he "developed the injection techniques for the cosmetic use of Botox, collagen and Restylane."

The Post also says Dickinson owes an additional $8,000 to another plastic surgeon, Dr. Uzzi Reiss.

Janice Dickinson filed bankruptcy due to the enormous amount of back taxes she owes to the United States government. The Post says Dickinson owes over $500,000 in back taxes for the past 10 years to New York State, California and the IRS.

Janice Dickinson was born in 1955 and is the mother of 2 children. Her modeling career began in the 1970's. Dickinson appeared on the cover of French Vogue and has worked with a lot of top designers, including Calvin Klein and Versace.

During Dickinson's long career she appeared in print magazines and on the runway. In 2003 she joined the reality TV show America's next Top Model as a judge.
