Jermaine Jackson Owes $30,000 In Child Support: Deadbeat Dad Owes Children Again[VIDEO]

Jermaine Jackson has refused to pay the $30,000 he owes in child support to Alejandra Jackson to help her raise their two teenage sons, Jermajesty and Jaafar, after falling behind on his payments over the past year.

Los Angeles' Child Support Services Department (CSSD) has filed legal documents asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt for failing to meet his child support obligation from April 2012 through April 2013.

Jermaine has paid a total of $5,621 in child support over the past 12 months, and currently has a balance of $30,378.

The dead beat dad faces 12 counts of contempt, one count for each month of payments missed.

The late King of Pop's brother will be sentenced to 60 days in jail if he doesn't make the full payment by August, when a hearing has been scheduled to correct the matter.

This is not the first time that Jermaine has been behind on his fatherly duties. Jermaine previously owed $90,000 in child support payments in 2011 but he eventually settled that dispute with Alejandra and paid her $80,000.

Alejandra has two other children with Jermaine's brother, Roger. Jermaine filed for divorce from Alejandra in November 2004.

In all, Jermaine Jackson has 8 children: three with Hazel, two with Margaret, and three with Alejandra.

On November 6, 2012, Jackson filed a name change petition in Los Angeles, from Jermaine Jackson to Jermaine Jacksun, stating the switch was for "artistic reasons". His last name officially became Jacksun on February 22, 2013.

This man seems to be just as troubled as his late brother, Michael.  He needs to start supporting his children and get a grip on reality.

Jermaine Jackson's reps have not commented on the legal issue.
