'Marijuana Scandal' DMTN Daniel and Bianca Court Proceedings Today

Bianca Mobley and DMTN's Daniel, who were booked without detention for smoking marijuana, were summoned to court for their first proceeding.

DMTN's Daniel pleaded guilty to all charges while Bianca did not appear in the courtroom.

Daniel admitted that he has mediated transactions of marijuana and its consumption starting in 2012 until recent weeks. Four other individuals who were accused of the same charges also pleaded guilty.

After a 30-minute proceeding came to an end, Daniel addressed the reporters waiting outside the courtroom. With his head down, Daniel gravely stated, "I am sorry." Asked whether he agrees with all the charges against him, he responded, "Yes, I do," before quickly driving away with his manager and staff members.

Bianca, who was a no-show, will be summoned again on May 9.

According to investigations, Daniel is guilty of involvement in fifteen occasions of marijuana sales to Bianca and two other individuals. It was discovered that Bianca was involved in marijuana smoking in three different occasions. The original distributor was arrested on March 13.
