Paparazzo Sues Rob Kardashian for Snatching Her Camera

Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality TV star Rob Kardashian has been sued by a photographer over allegations he snatched a camera from her in March.

Andra Viak has accused Kim Kardashian's little brother of grabbing her device and taking its memory card after she snapped the 26-year-old in Los Angeles on 27 March.

Viak called cops and filed a report, and now she is taking legal action against the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, according to TMZ.com.

Viak's lawyer tells the website, "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behaviour and his use of force towards Ms. Viak was completely unjustified."

According to TMZ, the photographer filed a robbery report last month, claiming Rob jacked part of her camera at a West Hollywood gym ... and she claims it was all because she snapped shirtless pics of him.

Andra Vaik's lawyer tells us, "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified."

For his part, Rob says he lashed out because the photog trespassed onto private property to take the photos.  Witnesses back Rob up, saying the photog was in the garage hiding in her car and then making her move when Rob took his shirt off.

The 26-year-old star has set himself the target of losing 50 pounds before July 4 by exercising twice a day and sticking to a low-carb diet in order to attract ''beautiful women.''

He confessed last month the breaking point came when he became upset by how his naked body looked when he took a shower.

Rob sighed: ''Every time I hop in the shower and see myself naked I cry, because my pe--s looks so small. The upside is, every time you lose 10 lbs you gain an inch on your pe--s.''
