Donald Trump Slams Jon Stewart On Twitter; Trump Objected To Stewart Calling Him 'F*ckface Von Clownstick' On 'The Daily Show'

The war of words between Donald Trump and Jon Stewart wages on. After Stewart referred to Trump as "F*ckface Von Clownstick" on The Daily Show, Trump slammed Stewart on his Twitter page. The insulting name from Stewart, which he referred to as Trump's "birth name" came after Trump previously mocked Stewart's birth name via Twitter, Jonathan Leibowitz.

While hosting a segment about the feud on The Daily Show, Stewart said he hoped his new nickname for Trump would be "all over Twitter." It was within a matter of hours and "F*ckface Von Clownstick" even became a trending topic.

"Amazing how the haters & losers keep tweeting the name 'F**kface Von Clownstick' like they are so original & like no one else is doing it...," tweeted Trump. "What's funny about the name 'F**kface Von Clownstick' -- it was not coined by Jon Leibowitz-- he stole it from some moron on twitter."

The feud began on April 24, when Trump referred to Stewart as "totally overrated" and made a reference to his birth name that many viewed as anti-semitic. "I promise you that I'm much smarter than Jonathan Leibowitz - I mean Jon Stewart @TheDailyShow," he tweeted. "If Jon Stewart is so above it all & legit, why did he change his name from Jonathan Leibowitz? He should be proud of his heritage!"

This marks a long line of celebrity feuds that Trump has attempted to start in recent months. Earlier this year, he threatened a $5 million lawsuit against Bill Maher when the political pundit joked that Trump's father was an orangutan. Last fall, he urged Robert Pattinson to dump his girlfriend Kristen Stewart after their cheating scandal, claiming that she would do it again.

Trump is currently starring in the current season of NBC show All Star Celebrity Apprentice.
