Gwyneth Paltrow Hates “Un-Fun” Met Gala, Says “I’m Never Going Again” After Walking Red Carpet Without Hubby Chris Martin

Gwyneth Paltrow made an appearance at the Met Gala on Monday night, and apparently she never plans to return to the star-studded ball.

Paltrow told USA Today, "I'm never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all." Even seeing K-Pop sensation Psy couldn't brighten Paltrow's night.

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived at the Met Gala in New York City in a Valentino Haute Couture Corolle gown.

Paltrow's gown didn't cause a stir, unlike the gown with sheer panels that she wore to the Iron Man 3 Hollywood premiere. Anna Wintour said of the hot pink dress, "pink is the color of punk." But, it seems that 'punk' isn't exactly what Paltrow was going for.

People's 'Most Beautiful Woman of 2013' said, "I guess it's punk in that I've gone just totally classic on a punk night."

Oddly enough, Paltrow strutted down the red carpet without husband and Coldplay front man Chris Martin. When asked why she arrived at the party separately and avoided photographs together, Paltrow said she and her husband like to keep their marriage as "private" as possible.

The Iron Man 3 star talked about other attendees with Entertainment Weekly, stating that Miranda Kerr's Michael Kors dress was "really beautiful. It was a little punk-y. She's just so pretty, it's abnormal."

Paltrow even asked Kerr at the gala, "Is it weird to be that pretty?" Kerr responded, "No."

Paltrow stars in Iron Man 3, in theaters now. She is also set to star in 33 Dias, a film co-starring Antonio Banderas about Pablo Picasso's mental turmoil as he painted 'Guernica' and his relationship with Dora Maar, to be played by Paltrow.
