Demi Moore And Ashton Kutcher Wage War Over $10 Million; Divorce Battle Between Moore And Kutcher Turns Ugly

It's been 18 months since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher split, but the former lovebirds are still doing battle in court. Moore and Kutcher are now doing battle over $10 million in court as their divorce drags on, with Moore claiming that she is entitled to a percentage of one of Kutcher's investment funds that raked in $100 million. Kutcher revealed a few weeks ago that his A-grade fund for tech start-ups had reached that amount and more money was expected to come from outside investors, which attracted Moore's attention as their divorce waged on. Moore now wants half of his 20 percent stake in the company, or $10 million in total.

Kutcher reportedly set up A-Grade with two other people in 2010, but his lawyers told Moore that he had invested just $1 million into the fund and that it wasn't worth particularly much. The fund could be a major battle ground in their ongoing divorce battle, which has finally made its way to court.

"Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed, even though they have been in negotiations for over a year," said a source to The New York Post. "Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for."

Moore was the clear breadwinner when she married Kutcher in 2005, but his wealth has grown exponentially since then due to his tech-investments and current role on Two and a Half Men, which made him the highest-paid actor on television. Moore's career has slowed down significantly in recent years, although her net worth is still reportedly more than his.

Kutcher has been dating actress Mila Kunis since last year, while Moore has not embarked on a new relationship since their split became official.
