Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore's Divorce Battle Over $10 Million[VIDEO]

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are in a legal dispute over their divorce.  The feud is over $10 million for Kutcher's involvement in a tech startup investment company while he was married to Medi, which is now worth $100 million.

Ashton and Demi split in November 2011 and neither party formally filed divorce papers for years.  But now that things are heating up between Ashton and Mila Kunis he wants out but thinks Demi is asking for too much money from him.

Kutcher and Guy Oseary, who is Madonna's manager, announced earlier this month announced their fund A-Grade investments, set up to invest in tech start-ups, was valued at $100 million and they were raising money from outside investors.

Ashton owns 20% of the fund and Under California law Demi is entitled to half of his earning which is 10 million dollars.

But Ashton claims that he did not invest as much as Demi's camp thinks.  Kutcher is fighting that he only actually invested $1 million.

A source claims "Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed, even though they have been in negotiations for over a year. Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for."

Kutcher, 35, is TV's highest-paid actor for "Two and a Half Men," which netted him $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. The last major payday for Moore, 50, was $2 million for 2003's "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle."
