Soap Actor Cocaine Arrest: Former 'Days Of Our Lives' Regular, Dylan Patton, Charged With Selling Cocaine Out Of His Home

The soap actor cocaine arrest occurred on Tuesday morning, when an undercover cop scored cocaine from Dylan Patton's Agoura Hills home and then got a search warrant. After the soap actor cocaine bust, Patton was arraigned on Thursday and could face 9 years in prison.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County prosecutor's office, told the San Franciso Chronicle the soap actor cocaine bust led to one one count of cocaine possession.

But the soap actor cocaine charge was under additional scrutiny because his Agoura Hills home is within 1000 feet of Sumac Elementary School, so the soap actor cocaine charge might be trickier than simple possession or possession with intent to sell.

David Michael Patton starred on "Days of Our Lives" as Will Horton, the son of Sami Brady, who is played by Alison Sweeney, but before the soap actor's cocaine arrest, he had already ended his tenure on the show after appearing in 108 episodes. The soap actor cocaine

The soap actor was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2010 for Best Actor in a Drama series for his role as Will Horton on "Days of Our Lives." The soap actor cocaine charge seems unrelated to his film choices.

The former Texan turned soap opera cocaine user, started off his career at age 7 working in a smattering of commercials before coming to Hollywood in 2005 for bit parts on "That's So Raven," and "Cold Case."

A soap actor cocaine charge might limit his chances for roles outside of daytime drama, like the "Quarterback Johnny" role he played in 2012's Sci-Fi drama, Drone, Clones and Pheromones, but that doesn't mean he can't continue to look for work on daytime television.

A soap actor cocaine preference is preferable over a heroin addiction: at least Patton will get to the set with some energy to film, and he won't have those noxious track marks, since cocaine is largely snorted.

After the soap actor cocaine bust and subsequent arraignment on Thursday afternoon, Patton could not be reached by phone or left messages at his current number and it was unclear if he had an attorney represent him on the cocaine charges or a publicist. The soap actor cocaine charge came after a $30,000 bail was set by prosecutors.
