'L's Bravo Viewtiful' rose to the top of pre-order list among arts/culture literature shortly upon its start on April 25 and cracked the bestseller list right after its release.

The popularity of the photo essay is speculated to stem from the rare depiction of the everyday life of an idol artist who has a completely different side to the spectacular, picture perfect images the fans are exposed to.
