Brady Bunch Reunion At Kings Island Brings Together Three Generations Of Fans To Celebrate 40th Anniversary Of Amusement Park Episode[VIDEO]

The Brady Bunch Reunion took place this weekend on King's Island.  The reunion was to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of the episode that Mr. Brady takes the whole Brady Bunch gang to King's Island. The Brady's vacation episode aired in 1973.

Four of the six Brady Bunch kids reunited at King's Island to perform and entertain four packed out shows. The audience was filled with original Brady Bunch fans, and the next two generations that either watch The Brady's on Nick At Night or more currently, The Hallmark Channel. The reunion didn't just join the Brady's together; it joined three generations that could relate to each other through one common show.

Donna Delph came from Hebron, Ohio, with her grandson Aiden. She loved the show as a kid, and now he watches it with her on the Hallmark Channel. "This is going to be so exciting," she said as the lights began to dim.

At the first of four shows Sunday, there was not an empty seat in the 844-seat venue. People who couldn't get into the first show were given wristbands for the second. There were already enough to fill the place for all four shows.

The show was hosted by Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady (and Johnny Bravo) on "The Bunch." He introduced the other cast members and rapped Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady," to be "The Real Greg Brady."

"I think everybody, at some point in their life, wanted to be a Brady. Their whole family seemed so perfect. They were so nice. I think it resonates with the child in all of us to want to be Brady," Williamson told USA Today.

Christopher Knight (Peter Brady), and Susan Olsen (Cindy Brady) entertained, and reflected on how times have changed since the show's popularity in the 1970s.

Olsen, now 51, talked about being the mother of a 16-year-old son with a Mohawk. She discusses how she realizes that we have all aged together through The Brady Bunch.

Knight, 55, was kind of the bad boy of the wholesome show. He told the crowd that he has few memories of his time as a Brady and that it was fun to be able to recall these events with his fans.

The Brady kids reminisced about their TV mother anf famous Brady moments.

"Remember Mom always said 'Don't play ball in the house.' 'Oh, my nose!' and 'Pork chops and apple sauce?'"

The Brady's will always be remembered.  It's a timeless show that has themes and topics that every new generation can relate to. These reunions are just a reminder that we all share a common thread through our favorite bunch...The Brady's.
