Sinbad Bankrupt: Comedian Files For Bankruptcy Again, Claims He’s $10 Million In Debt [VIDEO]

Sinbad is one bankrupt comedian.

Sinbad filed for Charter 13 bankruptcy last month, after first declaring himself bankrupt in 2009, according to TMZ.

Sinbad, whose real name is David Adkins, claims he owes $10,991,715 in debt. However, the comedian only has $131,000 in total assets and earns $16,000 per month.

56-year-old Sinbad owes $374,979 to American Express, $32,199 to Bank of America, and $2.3 million to the California Franchise Tax Board.

He also claims that he owes the IRS $8.3 million in taxes from 1998-2006, in addition to owing state and federal taxes from 2009-2012.

However, the comedian famous for his roles in films like "Houseguest" and "Jingle All the Way" does have valuable possessions he is attempting to sell.

Sinbad is allegedly selling a 2007 BMW 750i, a 2006 VW Beetle, a 2010 Ford F150, a 2010 Lincoln Navigator, and $5,000 in office equipment, in addition to his book - titled "Sinbad's Guide to Life" - on sale on Amazon.com for $6.25 each.

Sinbad first filed for bankruptcy in 2009. However, his case was dismissed because he didn't file the correct documents.

Sinbad told Oprah in March 2013 that he didn't live an extravagant lifestyle. "I didn't buy Bentleys. I didn't live large. I invested in me. I invested in a lot of other people. I would not change it; I would not go back," he said.

"It's never over. There's no one defining moment that kills you or makes you."
