Desiree Looks For Love On This Season Of 'The Bachelorette' Premiering Monday

It's almost time for ABC viewers of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" to grab their spoons and pints of Ben & Jerry's and cozy up on the couch to yay and nay the 25 new contestants competing for Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock's heart.

The former "girl-next-door" on Sean Lowe's season will meet her 25 suitors on the premiere of "The Bachelorette" season 9 this Monday, May 27th at 8 p.m. And as every season claims, this one promises to be the most dramatic season ever, according to longtime host Chris Harrison.

In the infamous formal limo scene where contestants meet the bachelorette, each of them has his own way to impress her. One such contestant, Ben Scott, decides to bring his son Brody and introduce him to Desiree on their first meeting.

"Oh my gosh, you are adorable... You're so cute," the bachelorette gushes as she sees the little boy coming out of a limo. Ben explains, "I know you're probably wondering why I brought somebody that is much more handsome than me, but this is my everything and I wanted you to know exactly who I am from day one. This is my best friend, my son Brody."

The cute little boy gives Desiree a flower before being taken back to the awaiting car. Ben, who is an entrepreneur from Lubbock, Texas, commends his son for doing a great job with his part.

When Desiree was announced as this season's bachelorette, she said, "I'm very hopeful in all of this and I do hope to meet the man of my dreams." She also hoped that she could find "someone who I can see as the father of my kids."

Hopefully, none of the guys will make the mistake Desiree did of seeming a little too desperate in her unforgettable moment of being sent home, where she told Lowe he was making a "terrible mistake." Whatever is going to happen, we'll be hanging on every rose-daunting moment.
