Amanda Bynes Video Leaving Court Looking Disheveled [WATCH], Parents Attempting Conservatorship To Have Her Rights Revoked

Amanda Bynes appeared in court looking a hot mess in a blond wig, chipped nails, and ratty sweatpants. She's, uh, not been doing so well lately. And video of Bynes walking into court and another of her appearing in court have emerged. [WATCH BELOW]

Bynes' parents are trying to get conservatorship of their daughter. Her rapidly deteriorating state has left them confused and scared for Amanda.

A source said, "Rick and Lynn have met with several lawyers that handle conservatorships in the past month, because they want to get a conservatorship of their daughter. They have been advised that even as disturbing as Amanda's behavior is, it's very unlikely that a judge would sign off on a temporary conservatorship."

Bynes, 27, was arrested late Thursday night after she allegedly threw a bong out of her window when police entered her apartment - down several stories onto a busy sidewalk filled with pedestrians. It could have killed someone easily, sources report, but police couldn't find it. The cops were called to the apartment after complaints that Bynes was rolling a joint and smoking marijuana in the lobby.

Amanda tried to pass the bong off as a vase. A vase for very special, very green flowers.

She appeared in court Friday morning looking disheveled and scared, as can be seen in the video. Bynes was was charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana. Ouch.

Rick and Lynn Bynes, Amanda's parents, are so concerned that they want to have her rights signed over to someone else. The two reportedly visited numerous attorneys in an attempt to sign over all legal, medical and financial control of Amanda's affairs to a third party. Getting guardianship revoked, however, is a very difficult process, and they haven't been able to so far.

To get a conservatorship or have one's rights revoked, the person in question has to pose a direct, clear danger to themselves or others-which, judging from the surface, we'd say Bynes does...but the laws in question are complicated, and there needs to be a lot of evidence Amanda may be hiding.

The source explained further, "Conservatorships are very hard to get, and being mentally ill and addicted to drugs isn't enough. Amanda hasn't ever been to rehab or ever agreed to see a mental health professional. Her parents are absolutely powerless to do anything at this point."

The former child star has had a bad week. Pictures of her "drug den" surfaced from over the weekend, and she fired back at them, saying it wasn't her--- and that the blond wig in the pictures wasn't hers either... which she later wore to court and even posed in a mug shot wearing. One of her biggest protests was the ugly toes in the picture and, while those weren't visible, her chipped-off fake hot pink nails were. She eventually had to take the wig off for a different mugshot, revealing her bald head. Bynes looks sullen, exhausted, and sad in both pics.
