Amanda Bynes Accuses Cop Who Arrested Her Of Sexual Harassment, Lying, Says She "Doesn't Do Drugs"

Amanda Bynes is accusing the cop who arrested her of sexual harassment, saying "He slapped my vagina."  Bynes has had quite a week, which began with tabloid pics that were a doozy and ended with an arrest, a psych hold, and a hearing in a cray-cray blonde wig. The icing on the cake is that her parents are apparently trying to get guardianship in a 5150 hold and have her rights revoked, finding a third-party custodian to take  And the cherry on the icing? These new sexual harassment charges, and claims she doesn't do drugs.

Bynes said on Twitter that the police officer who arrested her on Thursday night on drug charges was lying and that he sexually harassed her. "He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him."

She posted a rambling tweet explaining her version of what went down, saying that police were lying when they said she tossed a bong out of the window onto a busy sidewalk below and that she only opened the window for "fresh air". Uh, ok. Gotta clear out all that smoke, right?

Oh, right, she also claims she doesn't smoke marijuana, do any other drugs, or even drink. OK, suuuure. In an earlier Tweet, Bynes posted "I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!"

Bynes insists all the reports were lying, and her attorney confirmed that she wants to file a complaint against the NYPD for"inappropriate actions". He didn't detail what the claims were.

Amanda's  latest rambling Tweet, in full:

"Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports."

Sigh. Whatever the truth, the sexual harassment claim is one more in a string of erratic behavior. We hope Amanda receives-and is willing to accept-professional help soon.
