The Voice ‘Memorial Day’ Episode Most Memorable Night So Far ; Host Carson Daly, The Real Jimmy Neutron?

Aside from the staggering performances from the artists, when the coaches and the host from The Voice started to joke around, the hit reality show becomes much more epic and memorable - and that made their Memorial Day episode worthy to be remembered eternally.

For instance, when host Carson Daly dubbed Usher as 'Urkel' because of the nerdy glasses the coach is wearing, Usher made a silly response with "I know you not talking to me, Jimmy Neutron." Carson even tweeted a photo of him and Jimmy Neutron afterwards, with caption "Who wore it better tonight #thevoice thanks usher !"

But the memorable moments of The Voice Season 4, episode during the Memorial Day does not stop with witty and humorous statements from the judges and the host because the performances of the elite 8 are all amped-up as the competition gets tougher.

The Memorial Day episode of The Voice started with a performance from the country singer/coach Blake Shelton, singing his hit "Boys 'Round Here' together with Gwen Sebastian. As of the latest standing, the original coaches since the first season of The Voice, Shelton and Levine, still have three remaining artists while the new coaches for this season, Shakira and Usher, only have one artists each fo to compete in the Top 8 performance.

For Team Adam, Judith Hill, with her Mohawk hairstyle performed the song 'That Power' of Will.I.Am and Justin Beiber. Sarrah Simmons showed her artistic side with the Gotye hit song, 'Somebody That I Used to Know'. Amber Carrington hit Adele's hypnotic song, 'Skyfall', which she was first hesitant to do, but later proved that she can sing much better and beyond her country comfort zone.

Michelle Chamuel from Team Usher showed her vulnerable side with her rendition of the hit song from Bruno Mars, "Grenade" while Sasha Allen of Team Shakira took the risk of covering a hit song which was originally by a coach from The Voice. Allen performed a chart-topper song from David Guetta ft. Usher song, 'Without You.'

Meanwhile, Team Blake's Holly Tucker showcased her attitude with her fierce performance of 'Done' from The Band Perry. The Swon Brothers, the first duo that was able to remain this far in the competition, chose to harmonize with the song Seven Bridges Road by the Eagles, dedicating the song to victims of Oklahome tornado. The youngest The Voice contender, Danielle Bradberry brought to the stage a song requested by her coach, Grandpa (Tell Me 'Bout the Good Old Days) of The Judds.
