Amanda Bynes Crazy Continues: Rihanna Twitter Attack And Now Claims Cops 'Slapped My Vagina' [Vine]

When will the whirlwind known as Amanda Bynes cease? She got into it with Rihanna over Twitter this weekend, and now she's suing the NYPD for being inappropriate groped, saying one officer "slapped my vagina."

First, Bynes instigated a Twitter war of words with Barbadan beauty, Rihanna on Sunday.

The first Bynes tweet towards Rihanna said: "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

That's the one that most outlets picked up on since it's incredibly offensive to women, and not just Rihanna.

Rihanna was assaulted by Chris Brown in 2009, which he was convicted for later in the year.

They've since broken up, gotten back together, and broken up again with Chris Brown finding solace in the arms of ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran.

The mecurial and often vicious (at least from the safety of her Twitter account) Amanda Bynes wasn't content to mock Rihanna using just Chris Brown.

Her next tweet was pretty clearly insane too.

"No one wants to be your love so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna."

Rihanna, for her part, was clever enough to throw some shade back at Amanda Bynes without ever mentioning Amanday Bynes.

Rihanna simply tweeted, "Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?"

But that's not the only Amanda Bynes development that's proving her more and more mentally unhinged.

The New York Post reports that Bynes is claiming the NYPD harrassed her and groped her and one officer even, according to Bynes, "slapped my vagina."

This comes after she was arrested last week for throwing a bong out of her 37th story apartment window.

Said the crazier than ever Bynes--on her Twitter feed, of course: "For once and for all, this is the last thing I’ll say about the mistaken arrest. I’m suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I’m suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will.”

The NYPD defended themselves against the accusations:

“Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes’ allegations,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said. “To the contrary, a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time.”

Bynes also took to twitter to defend herself against the Rihanna tweets, saying she wasn't the one who sent the inflammatory Rihanna tweets:

“Someone is always mocking up fake tweets,” she tweeted. “I’m followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them! Rihanna and I met and I’m sure we’ll be in a music video together one day!”

To Amanda Bynes' credit, she's still got a lot of fans despite her bizarre behavior. Just check out this Vine she re-tweeted:
