Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry are rumored to be dating, now that they have both become single and available after their respective breakups with Kristen Stewart and John Mayer. The two were spotted again at a wedding rehearsal on Saturday in California, but things got complicated as Katy Perry also reunited with John Mayer at a barbecue on Monday.
Robert Pattinson, 26, and Katy Perry, 28, were seen together at the wedding rehearsal for Tanya Mayer and John Rocotta. The rehearsal was held at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.
According to People magazine, the two single stars were sitting next to one another while watching the wedding rehearsal in the ranch's main courtyard.
The two seemed to be in their own world, as "They were not affiliated with the wedding party and were not seen mingling with guests," according to a guest at the rehearsal who spoke with People magazine.
Although Perry and Pattinson did not show any public display of affection during the wedding rehearsal, dating rumors between the two are running wild, as Pattinson and Perry have long been close friends and are now free from significant others.
At the wedding rehearsal, the two young stars wore very casual clothes. Katy Perry wore "a hoodie and big sunglasses," according to the Daily Mail.
Just a few weeks ago, Robert Pattinson broke up with Kristen Stewart, whom he dated for five years. He reportedly moved his belongings out of Kristen Stewart's home.
Katy Perry and John Mayer dated very briefly over the summer in 2012. The two dated again in September of that year but split again in March of this year.
However, according to Us Weekly, Katy Perry and John Mayer reunited at a Perry's Memorial Day barbecue on Monday, and guests who sighted the two are also speculating that the two may be rekindling their relationship.
At the wedding ceremony on the day after the rehearsal, neither Robert Pattinson nor Katy Perry appeared to congratulate the wedding couple.
