Justin Bieber Still Hanging Out With Lil Twist Despite Speeding In Ferrari Again Last Night [Video]

Justin Bieber's "Young Cash Money" friend from Texas, Lil Twist, was caught speeding again last night just outside Bieber's gated Calabasas neighborhood. Why Bieber continues to keep Twist around is still a mystery.

In January, Lil Twist was at the wheel of the car when a reporter died chasing who he believed was Justin Bieber.

In March this year, Lil Twist crashed Justin Bieber's ferrari.

There are rumors Lil Twist is the impetus behind Bieber's cannabis experimentation, reportedly rolling Bieber blunts (we hear he's a Dutchmaster fan), and enabling him to party and enjoy his success.

Last night, Lil Twist was at it again, getting pulled over for speeding in Bieber's white Ferrari just outside Bieber's Calabasas California gated community, according to TMZ.

But Lil Twist only got a warning for driving the Ferrari like a maniac.

After this latest incident involving Bieber's ride and Lil Twist behind the wheel, it's worth nothing when and how Lil Twist and Justin Bieber started hanging out.

Lil Twist was born Christopher Moore, in Oak Cliff, Texas, and grew up in Houston.

In 2007, Lil Twist had his mom drive him an hour to a Lil Wayne concert in Tyler, Texas.

After impressing Lil Wayne's manager, Cortez Tyler, with his rhyme skills, Lil Wayne flew Lil Twist to Atlanta to see how he sounded in a recording studio.

He's been releasing mix tapes since, and is set to debut his first studio album some time this year on the Young Money, Cash Money labels.

So Lil Wayne "discovered" Lil Twist, but how did he end up with Justin Bieber?

Lil Twist told MTV news in 2010, that a mutual friend introduced the BFF's and they've been lately inseparable since.

Said Twist, "[We] started working in the studio, sending stuff through the MacBook and everything. And then he was like, 'Yo, bro, we should do a mixtape. Let's go.' We just started then."

Before Twist was pulled over, just a day after Bieber was called out by former NFL WR Keyshawn Johnson for speeding, the two BFF's were spotted at a Los Angeles Kings playoff game.

It doesn't look like Lil Twist and Justin Bieber will be ending their friendship any time soon.
