Courteney Cox Ready For Round Two? Finalizes Divorce With David Arquette Amidst Dating Rumors With 'Cougar Town' Co-Star

Courteney Cox and David Arquette are officially just "Friends" after finalizing their divorce Tuesday by a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge.

The couple originally split in 2010 but didn't file for divorce until June 2012, possibly for the benefit of their eight-year-old daughter Coco. They married in 1999 after meeting on the set of "Scream."

"He's my best friend in the world," said the "Cougar Town" star. "I love him."

"I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do."

But the Cox seems ready to move on, with consistent romantic rumors surrounding her and "Cougar Town" co-star Josh Hopkins.

Cox, 48, and Hopkins, 42, were spotted vacationing in France two months ago, reported Radar Online, despite reps for both actors insisting the relationship to be purely platonic.

Still, Hopskins' father, former Congressman Larry Hopkins would "approve of it" if the rumors were true.

"They are both very good looking people. I know he likes her and is very fond of her. He's said she's a very nice person."

This came on the heels of Hopkins reportedly going on a few dates with Cox's "Friends" co-star Jennifer Aniston.

"I know he went out on some dates with [Jennifer], but I don't know any of the details," confirmed Larry.

Arquette, meanwhile, has been linked with with Entertainment Tonight reporter Christina McClarty, reports Examiner.

But the couple of 11 years seem amiable, with Arquette executive producing "Cougar Town" and making a cameo on the show.
