Powerball Winning Numbers This Week: $50 Million Jackpot To Be Won; $590.5 Million Powerball Winner May Lose Their Money Prize [VIDEO]

Powerball winning numbers for this weekend were drawn on Saturday evening, and while no one has won the jackpot, the Powerball jackpot has been increased to $50 million to be won by lucky Powerball winners this week.

The sole winner of the largest Powerball jackpot in history, $590.5 million, may fail to claim his or her prize, as a Powerball winner only has 60 days to claim the money in a lump sum payment.

Powerball winning numbers from this weekend were 22, 28, 33, 53, 59 for white Powerball numbers, and lucky number "14" for the red Powerball jackpot numbers.

While no one has won the jackpot this week, there were two lucky winners who matched the five white Powerball numbers and became millionaires overnight with $1 million each.

For the mystery $590.5 million Powerball winner, he or she may alternatively claim the money in lifetime payments within 180 days, if he or she fails to claim the money within 60 days.

Either way, the lucky Powerball winner is running out of time and may very well lose his or her chance at becoming a wealthy millionaire overnight.

Just last Wednesday, another jackpot Powerball winner surfaced in Texas, winning $40 million. This weekend, no one has been as lucky.

A week ago, the $50 million Powerball jackpot has also been claimed by three winners who split the big prize. 9 other players also won at least $1 million.

According to Florida Lottery executive, Cindy O'Connell, Florida is the luckiest of all states, as it has had the largest number of Powerball winners in the entire nation.

Powerball winning numbers are drawn every Wednesday and Saturday evening live on television. The Powerball winning numbers are also posted on the Powerball official website.
