VIXX Manager's Shady Past Revealed

Korean netizens are up in arms yet again, and this time with very good reason.

It was recently revealed that the manager for idol group VIXX is none other than Park Yong Ha's former manager, Lee Hee Jung and there is a whole lot of scandal involving her and her previous position.

VIXX fans and other netizens have expressed concern with Jellyfish Entertainment's decision to retain Park Yong Ha's former manager as a member of their staff and as the current manager of the idol group. The internet comments also include disdain for the manager's suspected previous behavior.

After the very unfortunate circumstances surrounding the suicide of Park Yong Ha, manager Lee was accused of trying to steal approximately $200,000 from his personal bank account in Japan less than a week after his passing.

The famous actor reportedly had a close relationship with his manager, and although she was unsuccessful in obtaining the funds, her behavior was a shock to fans and industry professionals.

There is still a pending investigation into Lee's actions and the prosecution is currently gathering evidence for charges of forgery and attempted fraud.

Lee has since addressed the accusations saying, "I was not trying to take the money away. I have the right to spend it as Park Yong Ha's manager."

Lee is furthermore suspected of stealing the late actor's personal artifacts such as photo albums and records from his office at Yona Entertainment. The missing items are worth an approximate $25,000.

"As for the photo albums and records," she explained, "I was organizing his stuff after he passed away and wanted to keep some of his things to remember him as we have been good friends."

Despite the accusations and current investigation, as well as the enormous online response to the news that Lee continues to work as the manager of VIXX, Jellyfish Entertainment stands by their employee.

In a statement released to address netizen concerns, the agency said that Lee was never taken to court for the suspected fraud and that she is a hard worker. As VIXX's manager, the company plans to keep her on a tight leash and will "restrict" her.

Fans, however, are still not convinced. All across the internet they are calling on Jellyfish Entertainment to ditch the untrustworthy manager.

"Jelly CEO, you are so in the wrong for this," began one commenter, "You knew Park Yong Ha when he was still alive, how can you even face him in the after life? How can you live with yourself?"

"Truth be told, if the company wants to promote VIXX properly, they should fire her immediately. This will only ruin their name," said another netizen.

Other VIXX fans are sharing similar concerns. "I feel so bad for VIXX being dragged into this... they're just gaining momentum now..." replied a fan in an online forum.

Overall, the general sentiment has been that netizens wish nothing but the best for VIXX amidst the controversy surrounding their manager and hope that they will not suffer a similar scandal.
