On October 2, SM Entertainment's youngest girl group aespa graced the 2023 S/S Paris Fashion Week in France with their luxurious and elegant beauty.

In particular, the quartet was invited to attend the fashion show of high-end French brand Givenchy, to which aespa is the global brand ambassador. They were drectly requested by Givenchy Creative Director Matthew M. Williams.

During their appearance, Karina and Winter flaunt white outfits, while Giselle and NingNing showcase beauty wearing black and grey ensembles, respectively.

The "Next Level" singer was then welcomed by the locals warmly, Mys (aespa fandom) gathering in front of the fashion show and waiting patiently for the group's arrival. When aespa arrived, the crowd waved placards and exploded shouts.

Among them, Karina received lots of praise for her angel-like appearance with her full white outfit. It compliments her black hair and youthful visuals.

On the other hand, aespa was selected as a local brand ambassador of Givenchy for the first time among K-pop artists in February 2021. It is unusual in the fashion world that a group, not an individual member, has become the face of a brand, just like BTS for Louis Vuitton.

In online communities, Karina then became a hot topic following her latest appearance in public. In particular, the group that announced an international schedule once again gained attention for their airport fashion which took place on September 30.

Among them, Karina got much attention for the difference in the vibe her visual is currently giving and compared it to her face when she debuted.

Some internet users implied that unlike Karina's strong image before, it seems like she decreased this aura and introduced a pure concept.

The subtle change that happened is how Karina's makeup changed from using dark shadow and eye makeup at the beginning of her debut in 2020.

At the time, the "Black Mamba" singer made a strong impression and her visual was compared to a snake, with a sharp and charismatic aura. She was also lauded for her flawless beauty like CG.

 However, two years after, internet users and fans noticed that Karina is probably changing her vibe and is pursuing concepts, after using light makeup instead such as removing the eye shadow and adding a subtle blusher. Rather than a snake, people think she more likely resembles a puppy.
