Group After School practicing their pole dance was revealed.

Today, After School revealed a practice video of their new song "First Love."

In the video, the members are eating on the pole, is practicing, etc. Jooyeon, who had gotten injured while practicing, was also shown.

The members are in black tanktops and workout shorts.

After School released their music today and will hold their comeback stage.
