Her income mostly comes from her salary as an idol, TV host, YouTube creator and model.

Hong Eunchae was born in Namhyeon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, South Korea, to a family comprised of parents and an older brother.

She was a doted daughter and sister as well as an ordinary student until in 2018, she decided to become an idol after watching SEVENTEEN.

She enrolled in a dance school and auditioned for Pledis Entertainment and JYP, but it was Source Music who accepted her as a trainee and her journey to become an idol started in 2021.

After a year, Hong Eunchae finally debuted as the youngest member of LE SSERAFIM and as soon as their debut, they rose as a top-tier fourth-gen girl group thanks to their hits such as, "FEARLESS," "ANTIFRAGILE," "UNFORGIVEN" and more.

Aside from being an idol, most of her income also came from her status as a music show host, particularly for KBS2's "Music Bank" starting in February 2023.

This is a huge offer to her, as she was set to replace Jang Wonyoung, who was considered the "bank's president" at the time. However, with her cheerful and bright vibes, she was immediately loved by K-pop idols, giving rave reviews about her MCing skills at a young age.

Just a month later, Hong Eunchae was also tapped for her own web variety show on YouTube, in partnership with KBS. Her show, "Eunchae's Star Diary," started in March, having 22 episodes and 1 special edition so far and counting.

On top of her idol and hosting jobs, Hong Eunchae is also a budding brand model. In February, she was also tapped as the new model for KIRSH, which is a brand for young women that promotes a bubbly image.

According to fans, the brand's concept suits the idol well and they did well in selecting a new model. KIRSH was also endorsed by IVE Jang Wonyoung in the past.
