The agency pledged to pursue legal action not only against the primary perpetrators of the initial leak but also against any secondary acts causing harm, encompassing the creation, distribution, and amplification of personal information concerning artists without proper consent.

The controversy originally surfaced when a netizen initiated a dating rumor involving Kim Gyu-rae and an adult staff member in their 20s. The netizen shared alleged messenger conversations on an online community, sparking controversy due to implications of a romantic relationship between the underage Kim Gyu-rae and the adult staff member.

Kim Gyu-rae, born in 2009 and currently 14 years old, gained recognition through MBC's audition program 'Boys' Fantasy - After School Excitement.' Securing the second-place position in 'Season 2,' he officially debuted as a member of Fantasy Boys.
