BEAST Selected As K-Pop Representatives

BEAST has been selected to represent 'K-Pop Festival in Gangwon 2013.'

On June 18, BEAST will attend the official ceremony in which they will become appointed as this year's representatives for the festival.

Via their management company, BEAST stated, "We are very excited to have been chosen to represent our country. It is a proud moment for us. We will give our best to get more word out about K-pop and put us on the global map for people across the world."

'K-Pop Festival in Gangwon 2013' is a global festivity directed to raise tourism from international travelers in anticipation of the 2018 Winter Olympics set to take place in Korea.

The festival will be broadcast to over ten countries, including MTV Asia.
