Kim Yerim Speaks About Comparisons, 'Every Artist is Unique'

Two Month's Kim Yerim, who debuted as a solo artist this week, shared her thoughts about the constant comparisons that are made about her.

At her showcase event on June 18, she said, "I know that I am being compared to other musicians but every artist is unique and has something different."

She added, "We may both be from audition TV shows, but our voices are distinct and our colors of music are clearly different. Baek Ah Yeon and I returned with our albums at the same time. As a fellow musician in K-pop, I enjoy listening to her songs."

Asked about her initial success on music charts, she remarked, "A lot of preparation went into this album and I am so glad and proud that the result has been promising so far. That takes some pressure off of me about the long hiatus."

Kim Ye-rim put on a live performance of "All Right" as well as "Color Ring" and "You Don't Even Know."
