Girl's Day's New Title Song is 'Female President?'

With just several days away from their comeback showcase event for the new album, Girl's Day announced the name of their title song. It is "Female President."

Reported to be returning with a dance tune that includes sexy performances, it is initially a head scratcher considering the potential political issues it can bear, considering the first female president in Korea is in office at the moment.

Girl's Day stated, "We decided to go with a bold title because our song is about women being confident in themselves and being proactive."

They added that there were several other candidates for the title of the song, but 'female president' beat out the competition because alluding to a relevant political reality packs a big punch and stands out from the crowd of girl group songs.

Girl's Day will hold their album showcase event at an outdoor swimming pool on June 24 and begin their official album activities.
